Outlook Deletes Forwarded Mail

I have a user experiencing problems with outlook 2003, whenever she forwards
an email to anyone her outlook deletes the original mail after forwarding a
copy to forwarded address, has anyone seen this before and is there a
solution to this problem as its very annoying.
