Outlook deleted groups

I accidently deleted all my personal groups from the Outlook bar. Where did
they go? How can I retrieve them? All my info is there. E-mail is
(e-mail address removed)

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
