Outlook - delete message

I tried to send a message with an attachment and the attachment was too large
to send. Now I can't delete the message and it has been in my outbox for days
and will never go through. I can still send other mail but it takes forever
to go through because of this one that will not go through. How can I delete
it?? Thanks a tons.
