Outlook Data Folders

I am using Outlook 2003 together with Microsoft Vista
O/S
I transfered my own data file from another computer. It is called Office
Computer.pst.
I would like to make that the default data file and delete the Personal
Folder.pst which I will not use and it is redundant.
Please advise the method for doing the above. I attempted to delete
Personal Folder.pst and it would not let me do it.

File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to link your original file
Tools-> Account settings-> Next to set it as the default delivery location
Restart Outlook
Then use File-> Data File Management to unlink the empty pst-file
Close Outlook
Delete the empty pst-file if you want to.
