outlook custom form can not be opened

I got the following message when I tried to open the netfolder email for
requesting data update:

"The custom form can not be opened, outlook will use and outlook form
instead"

How can I resolve this problem?

Clear your forms cache. Go to Tools, Options. Click the Other tab. Click
the Advanced Options button. Click Custom Forms, Manage Forms, Clear cache.
