Outlook Creating Multiple Profiles

I have a client using Outlook 2007 and everytime she logs on the system
creates another profile..for example
abc123 is her profile and when she logs on again it will create
abc123.domain along with the previous profile and then she logs on again and
it will create a third profile called temp.

Any ideas why Outlook is creating a different profile everytime she logs on.

Outlook doesn't create Windows usernames.
