Outlook crashes when trying to get web mail

Everytime I try to access my Comcast web mail account
through Outlook (or Outlook Express) the program fails
with the following error: Microsoft Windows(TM) Messaging
Subsystem Spooler has encountered a problem and needs to
close. It appears to be the AppName: mapisp32.exe. How
can I fix this so that Outlook works again. Any ideas???

Are you using McAffee Anti-virus? If yes, turn off the
email scan as you have the wrong settings turned on. If
no, I would check for updates and run the repair.
