Outlook crashes on ntdll.dll

I am also facing a similar problem.

I have outlook 2003 sp3 installed on a virtual machine with Windows XP. I
also have a COM Add-In, to get custom forms published in Organisational
folder.

Outlook crashes, when trying to access any public folder. Below is the event
log for the same
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f28e3,
faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 411096b4, debug? 0,
fault address 0x0000eddc.

Any help would be appreciated.

I only tried this switch: "/cleanprofile" and for me it worked. Don't know yet what I'll have to miss but now my outlook seems stable.
