Outlook Crashes for Meeting Requests

User at firm is getting the generic "Outlook.exe has generated an
error message..." whenever they try to accept/decline meeting requests
in Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 SP4 platform. Outlook will crash at
the precise time they select Accept, Decline, or Tentative.

Strange thing is that 2 of her AA's (on different machines!) get the
EXACT same error message when then they try and accept/decline
meetings for her. However they do NOT receive the error message upon
accepting/declining meetings for any others at the firm.

See below for Event Viewer log. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

You may want to try clearing the forms cache.

If you close outlook
Perform a FIND (click on desktop and press <F3>)
(If you are using XP or W2K operating system be
sure to look in hidden files)
Look for FRMCACHE.DAT file.
Delete it from the find window.
Restart Outlook.

When you restart Outlook it will rebuild a fresh new
FRMCACHE.DAT file.

I have the same problem. The client whose mailbox is having the
problem is on a MAC and the AA is on a PC. I even tried to create a
new profile for the user on a new PC and am running into the same
problem.
I wonder if this is something on the server end rather than a client
profile setting.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Raj

Nikki,

It did not work on any of the user machines.

All (3) still receive the same error message.
