Outlook crashes every 2nd use of ctrl+O

Getting a consistent crash from Outlook by selecting a read email and
re-opening it, either with a mouse-click or with ctrl-o. Opens successfully
with first command, crashes with second?

Is there a suggestion to resolve this?

I am running Outlook 2003 Version 11.0.8010.0. I also crash after every
three of four e-mail openings. Or anything closings - trying to send. etc.
It is VERY annoying., I have read post after post that does NOT resolve this
issue. One post talks about PGP interfering. I don't have PGP installed.
Other posts talk about add ins and problems with add ins.

I bet I have clicked on the send erro message to Microsoft 5000 time. I
have tried reading the error message but it is long and there is no way to
copy and paste the contents

If the email is view only in the "pre-view" window it doesn't crashes, even
after many messages. But usually after a second time to open a message or to
reply one, it crashes. I hope this problem will be correct, because it's very
annoying - even if it's a beta version.
