Outlook conversion from Express to Outlook 2k or Outlook 2k3

Is there anybody can help me in this area ?

Install OL2000 or OL2003 then export your data from OE using OE's File menu
Export commands. You can also import account & rule info from OE once

you're running Outlook using Outlook's File menu > Import & Export command
