My contacts come up in the file folder, but when I try to
access email addresses through my address book, there is
nothing there. How do I get those to sync up?

What version of Outlook???

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Marcus asked:

Under Tools->Email Accounts->Directories->View or Change, do you have the
Outlook Address Book service active? If not, back up one step and add it.
