outlook contacts

Trying to set up database for resturant contacts. when useing ADD FROM
OUTLOOK only 3 out of 35 contacts in OUTLOOK Contact folder Returants shows,
any ideas.
 
I would open up the linked contacts table and try to right-click
remove filter/sort

and then hit FILE, SAVE
