Outlook Contacts (No Exchange Server)

Hello

We asre using Outlook as a POP3 client. We have setup contacts -
including a business fax within in the contacts.

When sending an email we are accessing the contacts to select the
recipient. All recipients show up twice if they have a business fax
assigned to them.

I just want them to show up once - with their email address only. How
can turn that off?

Go to properties on the person with the fax number. Put a b or some
letter in front of the number. It will not show up then..
