Outlook Contacts Error "Unable to display the folder"

I attempt to "Detect and Repair" as prescribed but do not
have the necessary office2000 CD nor the data1Prm.msi
file. Can I just download the data1Prm.msi into the
appropriate directory and have the "Detect and Repair"
work right?
 
No. Detect and repair will only work with the same CD with which the product
was installed.
