Outlook Contact List question

I am running outlook 2007 and it is attached to our exchange server, and I am
not using a pst for archive. I have no other mail box except my exchange box.
For some reason when I make a new email and click the To button then choose
my contact list their are 2 contact list and they are both different. I cant
figure out how come this is. On my outlook I have it set to foulder list and
their is only 1 instance of contacts listed there. I am trying to figure out
how to make 1 contact list with every thing on it.
