I am unable to receive email from my live.com account into Outlook 2007
using the Outlook Connector as of 7/16/09. It signs in successfully as you
can see then the error below it repeats and no messages are downloaded to
Outlook.

The last message I received in Outlook 2007 was at 7/16/09 @ 11:00pm EDT.
There are new messages in my inbox that are not downloading.
"Review Your Update History" in Windows Vista shows 7 updates installed
after 11pm 7/16/09
KB961371 - Security Update for Vista
KB905866 - Update for Windows Mail Junk E-Mail Filter
KB915597 - Definition Update for Windows Defender
KB969693 - Security Update for Publisher 1007
KB973346 - Cumulative Security Update For ActiveX Killbits for Vista
KB971933 - Update for Microsoft Outlook 2007 Junk Mail Filter
KB890830 - Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - July 2009
Removing these one-at-a-time did not fix the problem.
Performed a System Restore to before these updates did not fix the problem.
Trying a different network connectin did not fix the problem
I can still send email from Outlook however the sent message does not get
synced with the website and does not show up in the sent folder.
