OUTlook connector doesnt work!

its Outlook 2007, win-xp-pro
i have outlook connector to access my hotmail account, every time i do a
send/receive operation or even when the outlook does it automatically the
connector gives out this messege:

task "*my email*- sending and receiving" reported error (0x80040102): "the
requested operation cannot be performed on this account"

i cant send or receive emails easily. ts always tricky and hard :-(
any help!
 
Hi, I am having the same basic problems. I am running vista. And it keeps
telling me there are errors. Have no idea. Hope someone can help. I have
deleated outlook and redownloaded it, but still have the same problems. Any
one with suggestions? Maureen
 
the frustrating thing is that an IMAP account does work better that that
silly connector ! i dont know why (in the worst case) doesnt MS provive IMAP
for hotmail!

this silly connector doesnt give me any instant access to my hotmail at all!
when i send email from Outlook it doesnt send instantly.. some times never.
On the other hand, when i open or delete a msg from my hotmail in the outlook
then go to my hotmail on the web i see that all msgs that are read or
deleted DO STILL APPEAR AS NEW ONES !!! STUPID INDEED!!


HELP HELP :-( ..
