Outlook connector can not synchronize calender correctly

Few days before I got the news that the syn of the hotmail calender is
released without charging any money. After trying the latest connector, I
could only got some appointments sucessfully. But the error report showed up
after minutes.
I removed and reinstall couple of times.....and the problem is still
there....
Actually I would lke to synchronize the pst file in my NB and my wife's, to
share the calender together. I may edit some events and so does she.

Pleas do me a favor to make the outlook important to my life....thanks a lot
