Outlook Connector and Outlook BCM

I am running Windows Vista and Office Ultimate. I am using Outlook Connector
and have no Business Contact Manager. I can go into COM Add-ins and when I
click on Business Contact Manager for Outlook and when I do I get and error
"The connected state of Office Add-Ins registered in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
cannot be changed". If I start Outlook as "Run as Administrator", I can
check the box and select OK, however that state does not remain.
Is there a known compatibiltiy issue with the two, or is there something
else I need to do?

Try changing the add-in's LoadBehavior (needs to be 3) directly in the
Registry; HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins.
