Outlook Configuration

Raul

I have a user who lost all Outlook configuration except INBOX. Can this be
rebuilt?

Other users in the same computer but their own login profile are OK; thus,
it is not Outlook itself BUT something in the user's profile.

Thanks,

What do you see in the folder list? Ctrl+6

if the folders are there, try opening outlook with the /resetnavpane switch,
if that fails, try a new profile.
