Outlook Changing Appointment Times

When I send out an appointment request, the time of the
appointment is being changed (typically by an hour later
than the actual time). Both my pc and the recipient's
pc's are set to the same time zone and time. Any ideas?
 
Double-check both the time zone and daylight saving time settings in both
Windows *and* Outlook on both machines -- probably one of these settings is
off.
