Outlook changed the incoming mail server after reboot

We have change our accounts incoming mail servers to what
they are supposed to be, and they work, but when we
reboot the computer it changes to localhost. it wont save
the correct incoming mail server. does anyone else have
this problem, and if you do, how do we fix it
 
Outlook is not the culprit here - it is usually an Anti-virus or Firewall that resets your incoming server name to localhost in order for it to scan your mail. If you turn off the feature, you are still protected since your AV will scan items as they are opened.
