Outlook causes Photoshop to view attachments. How do I change?

My outlook has chosen my photoshop program as the default viewer for picture
attachments. I love photoshop but it is not convenient to view the pictures.
It takes too long. how do i change this so that I can use the windows
picture viewer?

Change the file association in Control Panel or Windows Explorer's
Tools>Folder Options.
