Outlook carshes

Windows Vista Ultimate
Outlook 2007
Once I start outlook, it opens open and then crashes.

It happens 8 times out of 10.
I tried to do "repair on office", restart didn't help.
My default profile is on exchange. Trying to delete it sometimes helps, but
in couple of days it comes back again.

This is the message I got:

EventID and source? Have you deleted the ntuser.dat file and recreated your
network profile on the PC/laptop?

When I checked on that particular error, I didn't see anything for your
version of Outlook. However earlier versions were mentioned and in each case
the user profile was deleted from the PC and recreated (ntuser.dat file or
even delete the user profile folder but back up the data first such as
bookmarks, my documents, etc.). Let me know if that works.

Eli,

Do you happen to be using the "Internet Calendars" feature in your Outlook
profile?

One of our users has been having this issue for two days now and we finally
discovered that if you removed the Internet Calendars from the profile,
Outlook doesn't crash. But the strange part is that they seem to
mysteriously reappear in the profile after an undetermined period of time.
So we have to go back in and remove them again.

This user had been using Internet Calendars for a while and it only started
crashing two days ago. Reinstalling both Outlook and Office 2007 did not
resolve the issue.
