OUTLOOK-cannot move incoming email message

I have always been able to do this but all of sudden i
can't. I want to move incoming emails that I read into
different personal folders on my laptop for later use.
When I do this, I now get an error saying the file is
either no longer available or access is denied. Why all of
a sudden this is happening, I don't know. My inbox is
getting huge now and I need to move key mail off the
server and into my various personal folders for action..I
think I have a setting messed up...Does anyone know how to
fix this?

Check the size of your PST, and run SCANPST.EXE on it. It
may have hit its limit.
 
Ok..thanks..but if it is at max, how do i fix that? Is
there an archive I can run? Thanks
