Outlook cannot import vCalendar

vCalendar ics OL2k Outlook2000 ical

Is there a definitive method to get Outlook 2000 to recognize, import and
respond to a Meeting request in the vCalendar format? Having scoured this
and other news groups it seems that there are many proposed methods but none
which seems to work.

What steps are you using, and what symptoms are you experiencing? The one
known problem is that Outlook 2000, unless you install a hotfix, can't handl
an iCal request with a reminder.

There are no reminders on the requests. I have tried with and without.

Unless you provide exact steps to try to reproduce the problem, it's going
to be hard for anyone to troubleshoot.
