outlook cannot find an object

My notebook was returned from service with a trial MS Office 2007. I deleted
it and reloaded MS Office 2003. When trying to import Contacts pst Outlook
reports cannot find an object
 
Hard to know where to start.
You "deleted" an installation of Outlook? What does that mean? What did you
do?
You never import Outlook data.
Post an accurate and complete account of what you did.
