Outlook can receive mail but not send

I had a W32 virus, got rid of it but now I cannot send email via OUTLOOK
2002. I removed my pop3 account and reinstalled it but it still does not
send. I keep getting this message

- Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to
the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I can go to my webmail to send message but not via OUTLOOK. I have several
pop3 accounts and none of them work after I had this virus. Any help would
be appreciated. Thanks
