Outlook Calendar - recurring date on 5th Friday

Need to add recurring appointment every 5th Friday of the
month, but my Outloook version offers no "fifth" option
(only first, second, third, fourth or last). Any ideas?
I see this a lot in custody cases where a judge awards
one parent visitation on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends
of the month (determined by how Friday falls).

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat
Appointment that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for
