Outlook Calendar Invites Convert to Email on receiving Computer

My Outlook calendar invites leave my compueter in the correct format but are
recevied in the recipient's Outlook as email vice calendar invites. When I
send invites to me from the recipient's Oultook I receive them in the correct
format.

Anyone kinow the solution to this problem?
