Outlook Business Contact Manager

I have contacts in Business Contact Manager file and as of a few days ago get
a message that my business contact manager was unable to initialize.
How can I repair this without loss of data?

Hi

Can you check if you have Buisness Tools if not try enabling the same by
going to help > about Microsoft Outlook > disabled items
