Outlook Booklet Printing

Hi, I want to print my calendar as a booklet with numerous pages. I want to
print it so that I see a week to an opening (ie weekly style, 2 pages). When
I print this, the first page beginning with Monday is printed on page 1 (the
very front of the booklet), and then page 2 and 3 (which create an 'opening')
start with Thursday and end with Wednesday.

This same problem occurs with a month to an opening booklet (Monthly, 2
pages). To an opening you get half of one month, and half of another.

This problem is simply solved with a blank page being left on page one, so
that page 2 starts with Monday. However, I cannot see that option anywhere.

How can I print my calendar in this format so that it makes a usable
document.

A pit of piling on here, but I have the same problem. I noticed there was a
hotpack available (can't find it now), but the accompanying text said to only
use the fix if you have exactly the scenario they describe.

The situation described by the hotpack is close, but not exact. I have not
been brave enough to try the fix.

They broken duplex printing in Ol2003. i'm not sure if the hotfix will work
for you, but it's worth a try (let us know if it does). it will probably be
included in SP2 anyway... but an alternative to the problem with duplex
printing is printing to the office document imager and then print that to
paper after inserting a blank page. It may not work for the booklet
though...

to get the hotfix - call 1-800-936-4900 (press 3 for hotfixes) and tell them
you're calling to obtain the hotfix described in kb [number] and they should
fix you right up.

Thanks, Diane.

Do you have the knowledge base number? I looked for it the other day, but
forgot exactly which combination of keywords brings it up.

Let me see if I can think up the right keywords... hotfix is one keyword
you'll use, other possible keywords to find only hotfixes are at the bottom
of hotfix articles - in this case I saw kboffice2003presp2fix was one
keyword in my first search for hot and used it.

http://search.microsoft.com/search/...qu=kboffice2003presp2fix+outlook+print+hotfix

I think it's http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;892404
but I didn't look at the other two my keywords found.

Woo-hoo! I dowloaded the hotfix and it appears to work properly.

The article number is indeed 892404. Installed and tested, booklet form
printed correctly.

Thanks, Diane!

Spoke too soon. 1 week later, the hot fix no longer appears to work. Not
sure what caused it to go away. I tried to re-install the fix, but to no
avail.
