Outlook Blocks Send

Outlook blocks a third party program sending email with a dialogue box that
says "A program is trying to automatically sned e-mail...." You need to wait
about 10 seconds before you can OK this. Is there a setting that turns this
blocking feature off ? (like there is in Outlook Express)

There is no setting in Outlook to turn off this behavior. Install [1] to
suppress this dialog.
