outlook blocks attached access file

I cannot open an Access file attached to an email because Outlook considers
it potentially unsafe. Is there anyway I can get around that when I am
certain it is a safe file?

The link to slipstick.com gives a link to the Attachment Options utility
that makes changing the Level1Remove entries much easier than having to
edit the registry.
