Outlook 2003

When I get a newsletter sent to me there is a blank square where a picture
shoud be with this note in it's upper left: "Right click here to download
pictures. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic
download of this picture from the internet." I don't need my privacy
protected that much. How do I shut off that feature?

Thanks in advance... Bob
