outlook blocking gmail.

My outlook e-mail account is not receiving any messages from a gmail account.
It receives hotmail messages, but not gmail. The other people in the office
also cannot receive gmail messages into the outlook account. Gmail says that
it went fine and there were no problems.
What's going on?
