OUtlook blocking email messages and replacing them with a warning

Hi,

My computer started replacing the content of every single email I get with a
text that reads like: This email message has been blocked by another
application, such as anti-virus.

Does anyonw know what is doing this and how to solve it?

This may sound obvious, but did you try turning off your anti-virus program?

Outlook doesn't do this. You have something else running that is, or your
ISP is doing it.
