block attachments with .scr

I have recieved several threats through my email. Notorn Anti Virus has
recommended configuring my email server to block attachments with .scr .vbs
..bat
I have not idea how or where to go to do this? I looked ever where in
outlook and can not get it done. Please help?

What version of Outlook and what account type do you connect to i.e.
Exchange, POP3, IMAP etc

I have Outlook 2003 SP1 Student and Teacher- I use dial up connection with
Yahoo (SBC) and the exchange is POP3. Thanks for getting back to me.
Hopefully you can help.
