Hi,

If you don't want to code a solution, you could try either our Safeguard
Send add-in (http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Safeguard-Send.asp) or
our Attachment Forget-Me-Not add-in
(http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outlook/Attachment-Forget-Me-Not.asp), they
both do it.
