Outlook BDM

BDM is supposed to be on the Prof Ed 2003 CD, but I cannot
find it and really want to take a look. Anyone know how I
can get outlook BDM. Called MS. They said it should be
on my CD.
 
Where did you get your CD? There have been some problems finding BCM on the
CDs. Was it a Select license?
