Using VOIP with Outlook 2003 contacts

We have installed a third party VOIP phone system in our office. I have
configured all workstations (Windows XP Prof) to use this phone service over
our LAN. However, one workstation is unable to make calls from Outlook
contacts. Outook 2003 initiates the call but puts the call on hook within 60
seconds or less. Representatives from the third party phone system feel it
may be a problem with Office on the one workstation. I have since ran
reinstall/repair for Office 2003 on the workstation and have also run
hardware diagnostics on the PC with no resolve. Has anyone experienced this
or have an idea what may be causing this?

Telephony is a property of Windows, not Outlook. Try posting in a Windows
telephony group after you check the machine that doesn't work against one
that does.
