Outlook Bar/shortcuts

Dear friends,
I would like to make a .net applikation in VB (I Use Visual Studio 2005
Express) where there is a Bar on the left side like the one in outlook
(Called Outlook Bar under View in Outlook 2000).

Can anyone give me a hint how to do that???
