I have downloaded the tool at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...3a-b7d0-4b16-b8af-5a6322f4fd01&DisplayLang=en

I installed it on my computer (network administrator) and it works great.
After using it for a few weeks I have desided to install it on all my clients
computers at work. The problem is that after installing it "backup" does not
showup in the menu like it should. BUT if I log out of the user account and
lock in to the users computer with my admin account, it does show up and work
great. The users/clients accounts are setup as "limited accounts" so they can
not install programs, but I right clicked on the pfbackup.exe installed and
clicked "run as" and installed the tool with an admin account.

I have tested this on several client computers and always come back with the
same problem. I need some kind of a work around to get this to work corretly
ASAP...

two days ago I had one client lose EVERYTHING in the Outlook (3-4 years of
email), I would to have this installed and working soon so we do not lose any
more pst files..
