Outlook automatically opens in preview

Hi,

I need help this morning, I checked all setting that I can think of.
Computer: Windows XP pro
Client to : SBS 2003
Memory: 256 MB
Speed: 1.8

Problem when new mail arrives with outlook 2002 and preview is off and
auto preview is off. and no attachments the new mail turns on preview.
you turn off preview and the next email will turn it on again...

Has any one seen this problem and can help me with it...
