Outlook attachments?

TIA

I am stumped. I am using Outlook 2002 on a Vista machine. I use a legal
service on the net that attaches forms and documents to emails that are sent
to me. When I receive the emails, the attachments are not there. If I get
a notice "You have new mail. Would you like to read it now" and I say
"Yes", the attachment is there. If I close the email and then try to open
it from the Inbox, the attachment is gone.

I receive attachments from everyone else just fine.

Again thanks,

Dave H.

are you using a spam or virus filter on incoming mail?

If you hit forward on the message can you see the attachment? Is the message
size large enough to have an attachment? Ie, typical plain text message is
10 KB (HTML is around 30 KB) - if attachment is 100 KB, the message size
should be over 110 KB.

If you look at the message header, can you 'see' the attachment in the
header?

Thanks for your reply.

The attachments are usually one page word documents. I have tried to have
them sent in a HTML format with the same results.

Because this behavior happens on my office computer, I will have take a look
at the header and the forwarding in the morning(Central Time Zone).
