Outlook attachments and text error

Where do I go to check and correct a problem with the
attachment. I cant attach a file.

Also others can read my text in the email I send, but I
cant read emails from others.

Why? What do I need to do ?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, mick asked:
