Outlook Attachments almost working

I have been able to configure Outlook 2002 to almost open
a *.mdb (Access) database file from the public folder. I
am prompted to open the file, then Access starts up.
Before the file can run, I get a window telling me the
file is located on an untrusted site (Exchange 5.5)?

Any suggestions?. I have tried changing security settings
in Outlook and IE6.0 with no success. I can find no
articles on this in the Knowledge Base.
 
Go to the Control panel and then internet options and
change your security level there also. Also check the
advanced setting tab. Also open Access and go to tools
and then check the security and how it is set there.
