Outlook attachment view

My attachment in Outlook appears in the body of my message, I would like it
to appear under the subject line. I must of changed a setting somewhere but I
am unable to get it back.

Attachments appear in the body when you select the Rich Text format for your
message and in an "Attachments" line below the subject and above the body
when you choose Plain Text or HTML. (Some versions may instead show the
attachments below the body for one of those other formats.)
