Outlook as default

When I am on a website and there is an email address
listed (to contact for further information or questions)
when I click on it, it automatically opens Outlook
Express. I use the full version of Outlook for my
email. Does anyone know how to configure this feature to
use Outlook instead of OE?

Go to Tools in IE, Internet Options, Programs and change the Email to Outlook.
